About Us
Telford Hornets Rugby Football Club is our thriving community voluntary club built on fun, friendship, respect and pride. Our club caters for girls and boys, women and men from the age of 4 years. This season our 1st XV will compete in the Counties 1 Midlands West (North), our 2nd XV will compete in Counties 4 Midlands West (North), our Women's XV will compete in Women's NC2 Midlands (West) and our Colts XV will compete in the NMCL Division 4. Our club will celebrate its 70th Anniversary in 2027. We have over 350 members.
We have 19 teams available depending on your age, gender and ability levels. All abilities are welcome. We also offer excellent coaching, training opportunities plus competitive and social rugby including walking rugby. Our people matter and we offer Health and Wellbeing space for people to socialise and enjoy life. You can join us and become a Referee too.
We also need people to help behind the scenes in a range of voluntary roles such as traditional committee roles, safeguarding, media, grounds and club house maintenance tasks to name but a few.
